The original solution – apartments with ground floor terraces

Cityhouses are apartments with terraces on the ground floor. Spacious open house plots up to 30 sq.m., combining the advantages of two types of housing – a townhouse and an apartment.

Organization of the public area hierarchy

Central public space and quiet courtyard areas. The master plan includes a single pedestrian route with a center for leisure activities in the center of the block. Various facilities for sports & recreation as well as playgrounds for children of all ages are hierarchically placed in courtyards.

Maximum number of viewpoints – all apartments are facing the Volga river.
